We've been here at Nav Monica for a while now, right across from the university campus in Kalina. It's a busy spot on Vidhyanagari Road. Most days start early with the traffic picking up outside. We do work for the pharma industry, making machines and parts. It's not fancy work, just solid equipment that people need. Our office in Santacruz East is where everything happens. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road a bit difficult, but we manage. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for years. We know the machines inside out. It's mostly about getting the specs right and making sure the metalwork is clean. People stop by because they know we're right here near the campus. We don't do much advertising. Usually, it's just someone telling someone else about us. The workshop gets loud sometimes with all the cutting and fitting going on. We try to keep things organized, but it's a working space, so there’s always a bit of grease or dust around. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up all around Santacruz. But we’re still here, doing what we do. It’s a decent place to work. We just focus on the orders we have on the table. If you're coming down Vidhyanagari Road, you can't really miss the building. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and making sure the machines work like they should.
