Our place is over in the Ambernath Industrial Park, specifically in the Additional MIDC area. Being out here in Anand Nagar means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. It’s a lot of grey buildings and big trucks moving in and out of the gates all day. Ultimach Pharma Pvt. Ltd. operates out of G114, and it’s a functional space above everything else. We don’t have a fancy lobby with plants. It’s mostly just desks, crates, and the sound of the air conditioning trying to keep up with the heat. The commute out to Ambernath East can be a bit of a grind for the staff, but we’re all used to it by now. We spend our hours coordinating shipments and making sure the manufacturing side of things is running without any major hiccups. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, and then everyone is running around trying to fix it. It’s busy and it’s often quite dusty because of all the construction nearby. We eat our lunch together in the small break room and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a straightforward industrial job. We focus on the work at hand and try to get everything out the door on time. The days go by fast when there is this much to do in the MIDC.
