Our office is tucked away in Nabard Nagar, which is part of the Thakur Complex area in Kandivli East. Mumbai is always moving fast, and this corner of the city is no different. We are in the A-7/31 building. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main highway, but there is still plenty of activity around the complex most days. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, and the staff is mostly local people who live nearby. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the movies. It’s a regular building where we sit and handle whatever comes our way. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to it. We spend our hours on the computers, mostly. Lunch breaks usually mean heading out into the complex to find something quick to eat. There are a few good small places around Nabard Nagar for that. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional workspace where we focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like anywhere else in Mumbai, but we manage to get things back on track. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing in the world, just a steady place where people can come and get their solutions handled.
