You can find us located in the Times Square building on Andheri Kurla Road. Our office is in the B Wing on the 5th floor, specifically in units 1 and 2. Being in the Marol area of Andheri (E) means there is always a lot of energy and people right outside our doors. Ubm India Pvt. Ltd. is where all the planning for our various events and large exhibitions takes place. The office is usually quite full of noise and movement. We have different teams working on multiple shows all at the same time, so there is a lot of talking and collaborating happening in the hallways. It’s a modern building, which is nice for the staff, but inside our specific space, it’s just regular people at their desks trying to coordinate complicated logistics. The traffic on Andheri Kurla Road is a very real thing, so many of us end up staying a bit late just to let the roads clear out before heading home. We handle a lot of different sectors, ranging from big jewelry shows to pharmaceutical events. It keeps the work interesting because no two weeks ever feel exactly the same. We don't really have a formal or stiff vibe here; it’s more about getting the job done. We've been based in this part of Mumbai for quite a while now and we like the pace of it.
