We are located over at Sagar Tech Plaza in Andheri East, specifically in units 615 through 617 on the sixth floor. Being right at the Saki Naka Junction means there is always something going on outside our windows. The traffic can be a real headache during peak hours, especially when the rains start, but that is just part of working in this part of Mumbai. Ubm India Pvt. Ltd has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary, just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We spend most of our time organizing things and staying on top of our schedules. It can get pretty hectic when we have a lot on our plates, but we manage somehow. Some of us have been here for years, so we know the local tea stalls and lunch spots around Andheri Kurla Road pretty well. It is a busy environment, and the building stays active throughout the day with people coming and going. We don't really go in for big speeches or fancy descriptions of what we do here. We are just a team of people coming in every day to get the job done. Sometimes the lifts take forever to arrive, and the lobby gets crowded, but we like being in the thick of it. It feels real.
