U G Space Design

Our office is up on the second floor of Wing C. It’s over in Andheri East, right near Dhobi Talao and the P Market area. If you can find the Acropoly building, we are situated right next to it. It’s a bit of a maze getting up the stairs sometimes, but once you're inside Office No 30, it’s actually pretty quiet compared to all the noise on the street below. We spend our days looking at floor plans and drawing things out on big sheets of paper. The whole space is filled with samples of wood, tiles, and long metal rulers. It isn't a fancy showroom; it's a real workspace where we actually do the heavy lifting. The light is okay in the afternoons, which helps when we're trying to match colors. I usually have a lot of different drawings spread out over the main wooden table. Andheri East is always moving, so there's always something happening outside the window. We've been in this spot for a good bit now. It’s a very practical setup for us. We handle the design side of things, trying to make sense of what people want for their homes or offices. Sometimes we stay quite late when a project is moving fast and the deadlines are tight. We aren't a big firm with a receptionist out front. Usually, whoever is sitting closest to the door just answers it. We keep our old coffee mugs on our desks and just get on with the day.
