We operate out of the apartments on Vasudev Mishra Marg, just off Parsi Panchayat Road in Andheri East. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find number 7, you’ll see our vans coming and going. This part of Andheri is always moving, and so are we. Being in the express delivery business means there is always a box to move or a manifest to sign. Our office isn't very large, mostly filled with sorting tables and stacks of envelopes waiting to be sent out. We have a small crew that handles the local routes. Some days are slower than others, but usually, it’s a rush to get everything sorted before the evening deadline. The neighborhood has a lot of small businesses like ours tucked away in these residential buildings. It makes for an interesting work environment where you know your neighbors. We often grab lunch from the small carts on the corner. The stairs in the building are steep, and we're constantly carrying things up and down. It’s physical work and it keeps us on our feet. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby, just a desk and a lot of packages. It’s practical work for people who need things moved from one side of the city to the other without much fuss. We just keep track of the addresses and keep the wheels turning. It is a noisy job but we are used to it by now.
