Twelve Framers

We are located in the Yugdharma Tower in Goregaon West. It’s actually a flat, number 222. It’s a bit unusual for a business to be in an apartment, but it works for us. We are right by the Khokhra Circle. If you look out the window, you can see the Inorbit Mall right across the road. It’s always crowded over there with shoppers. Here, it’s a bit quieter, but we still stay very busy. We do framing for all sorts of things. People bring in their family photos, expensive paintings, or even old sports shirts they want to keep safe. We have a lot of different wood samples and glass sheets piled up in the corner. It’s a bit cramped in here. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to put down your tea cup without hitting a frame. We don't have a fancy showroom. You just come up to the second floor. I do most of the work myself. Sometimes a friend comes over to help out with the bigger orders. We don't have a mission statement. We just measure twice and cut once. That’s the main rule we follow. It takes time to get the glass pieces just right. I’ve lived in Goregaon for a long time, so I know all the neighbors. Most of our customers are from the buildings nearby. They like that they can just walk over. It’s a small, home-grown setup.
