Working out of Flat No 801 in the Anand Building is a bit different than having a shop on the main road. We’re up on the eighth floor in the Malad West Industrial Area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the sidewalk. Being near the Milap Petrol Pump makes it easy for people to find us, even though we’re tucked away in the back of the Mysore Road area. The office is basically just a room with a couple of computers and a lot of files. I spend a lot of my time here looking at screens or talking on the phone with clients and suppliers. It's a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens more often than I’d like. Tushar Trivedi is the name on the door, and that’s just me. I don’t have a big team or a receptionist. I handle the emails, take the calls, and do the filing myself. The view from the window looks out over the industrial area, which is always full of trucks and people moving things around. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Some days are slow and I just catch up on reading, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. I like the independence of it, even if it means doing all the boring paperwork by myself late at night. There isn't any fancy decor here, just the stuff I need to get the work finished.
