We are over here in Kurla West, right on T Dasarahalli Tumkar Road 111. It’s a pretty loud area with all the trucks and buses going by all day long. Triveni Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd is basically us trying to keep things running for other people. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that most folks don't want to deal with, like cleaning or fixing things up at different properties. It’s not glamorous work, and sometimes the phone rings at odd hours when a pipe bursts or something else goes wrong. Our office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of logbooks piled up. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another. The traffic around here is a nightmare, so we’ve learned all the shortcuts through the side lanes. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure everyone is where they need to be with the right tools. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, like when a staff member is late or a supply delivery gets stuck, but we just figure it out as we go. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the dust from the road. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy, and that’s fine by us.
