You can find Trends Pharma Pvt. Ltd. on the 6th floor of Matharu Arcade, which is located on Subhash Road in Vile Parle East. Being on the 6th floor is nice because it gets us a bit away from the constant noise of Subhash Road, though you can still hear the distant hum of traffic. Matharu Arcade is a busy commercial building with a lot of different businesses, so there is always a wait for the lift, especially around lunchtime. Our office is a straightforward pharma setup. We have a lot of filing cabinets for all the regulatory paperwork and desks for the team to track orders and distributions. Vile Parle East is a great area, very well-connected, but it can be quite a struggle to find parking nearby if you’re not early. Inside the office, things are pretty busy from Monday to Friday. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly covered with calendars and some charts. The lighting is bright, and the air conditioning is a necessity given the Mumbai weather. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or talking to suppliers and distributors. It’s a professional enough environment but without any of the corporate ego. We’re just a bunch of people working in the pharma sector, trying to stay on top of the daily grind. The local cafes nearby are where we usually end up after work to decompress before heading to the station.
