We are located in F-124, Sangrila Chs Ltd, which is in Shethia Nagar on the 90 Feet Road in Sakinaka, Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how intense the traffic can be around Sakinaka. Our office is right in the middle of all that 400072 chaos. Freight and logistics is a tough business with a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls. We spend our days tracking shipments, talking to drivers, and dealing with the various delays that always seem to happen in a city like this. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some computers and a lot of filing cabinets filled with shipping records. We don't have a corporate feel here at all; it’s just a group of us trying to make sure everything gets from point A to point B. The noise from the 90 Feet Road is constant, but we’ve learned to tune it out over the years. Dealing with logistics means something is always going wrong somewhere, so we are basically professional problem solvers. We don't use big words or fancy marketing; we just tell people the status of their cargo. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is stuck, drinking tea and waiting for updates. It’s a lot of hard work and very little glamour, but it’s what we know how to do here at Transcend Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We just take it day by day.
