Topez Security Services is tucked away at R-25 in the Babau Bhai Chawl area of Nehru Nagar, over in Ville Parle West. It’s a tight-knit neighborhood and we’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. Our office isn't much to look at, just a room with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on providing guards for the buildings and businesses around here. Since we are in Ville Parle, we know the local streets and the people pretty well. Most of our work involves talking to building managers and making sure our guards are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of walking around and checking in on people. Sometimes we have to deal with complaints, and we just listen and try to sort it out without making a big deal of it. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our clients. People see our guys working and they ask for our number. We keep our overhead low so we can stay in business. The chawl can be a bit noisy during the day, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down, manage our staff, and make sure the properties we look after stay quiet and safe. It’s basic work, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it a while. There are no frills here, just work.
