We are located in the Splendid Arcade, specifically at Office No 3 on the 28th Cross in the Fort area. It’s an old part of the city with lots of character, though the building itself has its quirks. Our office is mostly a place where we keep our samples and meet people to discuss what they need for their events. We have fabrics, lights, and various bits and pieces tucked into corners and cupboards. Most of our actual work happens out at the venues, so the office is more of a home base. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking our inventory to see what’s available. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get new stock in, and sometimes things get a little disorganized when we’re in a rush. We’ve been at this for some years now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, check the schedule, and start loading or unloading gear. The arcade gets quite busy during the day with all the other shops around, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a couple of chairs for guests and a big table for looking at plans. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We mostly focus on getting the setup done on time and making sure we haven't forgotten any of the equipment back at the shop.
