Time Architect

Our office is over in the Anant Apartment building, specifically unit 3A. We are right here in Pune, been here for some time now. It’s a quiet enough place to get some work done. Being architects, we spend most of our days staring at screens or sketching out ideas for different buildings. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and trying to figure out how to make a space work better. We don’t really have a big corporate setup. It’s just a small team of us working on various projects around Maharashtra. Sometimes we are out on site checking things, other times we are just here in the office finishing up some drawings. Dealing with all the paperwork and local regulations takes up a good chunk of the day. It’s part of the job, I guess. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. If you happen to be looking for us, the apartment isn't hard to find. We get a fair amount of sun in the mornings which is nice for working. We’ve worked on a bunch of different things over the years, from small renovations to bigger structures. It’s steady work and we enjoy being part of the local community here. We don't do much fancy advertising, mostly just people hearing about us from others. The traffic around Pune can be a bit much, but once you’re inside the apartment, it’s a good environment for thinking and drawing. We often find ourselves staying late to finish a set of plans because we don't like leaving things half-done. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from the initial sketches to the boring technical specs.
