Thio Pharma is located at Mumbai Central Ho on Palton Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Delhi Darbar Hotel. That landmark is actually a bit of a problem because the smell of grilled meat and biryani drifts across the road every afternoon and makes everyone in the office hungry way before lunchtime. Palton Road is a very busy stretch, and there is always a mix of tourists, office workers, and people heading to the station. The office itself is not very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are desks squeezed into corners and stacks of files nearly reaching the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside, but the staff knows exactly where everything is located. We have an old clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly, but nobody really notices it anymore. Working so close to Mumbai Central means there is a constant energy to the area that never really stops. We get people dropping in with inquiries at all hours, and the phone seems to ring just as we are trying to close up for the day. It is a very practical environment with no room for anything unnecessary. We just handle the pharmaceutical orders and make sure the logistics are moving as they should, while the sounds of the city and the nearby hotel keep things lively outside our windows.
