We work out of number 6 on Mavalli Tank Road in Goregaon East. Thinking Cap Media Company isn't a huge studio with bright lights and fancy stuff. It’s just an office in a quiet part of the area. We have our computers and some old chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time staring at screens. The road outside is a bit bumpy and can get muddy when it rains. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we're there. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while now. It’s a good place to be because it’s not as crazy as the city center. We get our tea from the stall at the corner. Most of our day is spent quietly working on projects. We don't use big buzzwords or corporate talk. We just talk like normal people. Sometimes we have disagreements about how things should look, but we figure it out eventually. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a dress code, so we just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. The building at Mavalli Tank Road has its quirks. The elevator is slow, so we usually just take the stairs. It’s a bit of a climb but it’s fine for us. We like the local vibe here. It feels real and not like those fancy offices you see on TV. We just do our work.
