You can find us in Malad West, specifically over at Dana Bunder on the 4th Clive Cross Lane. It’s tucked away a bit, so people sometimes have to look at a map to find the exact turn. The building has been here for a while and we show a variety of films throughout the day. Our staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We spend our shifts rotating between the ticket counter and the concession stand. The lobby isn't the biggest, so it gets crowded very quickly when a movie lets out. We have to be quick with the brooms to get the theaters ready for the next group of people waiting outside. Sometimes the sound system needs a little tweaking, but we stay on top of it. The 4th Clive Cross Lane can be a bit congested with parked bikes, so getting into the entrance takes a minute. We don't have any flashy stuff going on, just the screens and the seats. We sell the usual snacks like nachos and sodas. On rainy days, the lobby gets a bit messy with all the umbrellas, but we just keep mopping it up. It’s a practical place for people in Malad to see a show. We focus on getting the movies started on time and making sure the seats are in decent shape for everyone who buys a ticket.
