Tenders & Company is located over on Bhandari Street. We are at number 446 in the Binnamangala area, which is part of H A L 1st stage. It’s a well-known part of the neighborhood, and the street itself has a lot of character. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. As the name suggests, we deal with a lot of tender work and documentation, so things can get pretty cluttered with files. The dust from the street sometimes drifts in, so we spend a lot of time wiping down our computers. We’ve been in Binnamangala for some time now. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often get our coffee from the place on the corner. It’s a steady environment. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while walking down Bhandari Street. It’s a small team here. We don't always get everything done by five o'clock, so you might see the lights on late into the evening. We just focus on getting the details right because that’s what this kind of work requires. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. If you’re ever in H A L 1st stage, you’ll likely pass right by us at 446. We just keep doing what we do every single day.
