Our office is located at A 4/14 in Parijat Society. We are right by Lokhandwala Circle on Akurli Road in Kandivali East. Being in the 400101 area of Mumbai means there is always something happening outside our windows. Parijat Society is a familiar place for many people around here. Tecnimont Icb Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporate entity with a huge staff. We are a small team working out of this space. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is how we like it. The walls have some old photos and some calendars. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches. We just handle our business as it comes. The circle outside is always busy with cars and rickshaws, especially during the rush hour. We’ve grown used to the hum of the city. We don't talk about visions or missions; we just talk about what needs to get done by the end of the week. It’s a straightforward approach. We have our routine: the morning commute, the first cup of coffee, and then getting into the paperwork and the calls. If you are in Kandivali East, you probably know where the society is. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the local scenery. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but very real place to work every day.
