Our office and workshop are located at 231 in the Blue Rose Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Cable Corporation and the Western Express Highway, so it is easy to find, even if the traffic in Borivali East is always a headache. We work on process technologies, which sounds complicated, but it is mostly about designing and putting together equipment for different industries. The space is filled with technical drawings, computer screens, and pieces of metal. There is usually a lot of talk about flow rates and heat exchangers. It isn't a quiet place; there is always someone hammering something or a drill going off in the background. We have an engineering team that spends most of the day hunched over their desks. The industrial estate is quite old, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We don't spend money on fancy lobby furniture or shiny brochures. Most of our clients come to us because they know we understand the technical side of things. We have meetings around a big old table that has seen better days. Lunch is usually brought from home in tiffin boxes and eaten quickly so we can get back to the project at hand. Sometimes we have to go out to sites to see how the machines are actually running. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work. We just try to get the designs right and make sure everything is built according to the specs we were given.
