Om Chem Engineers

Om Chem Engineers is tucked away in the B.S.K. Business Centre over in Malad West. We’re in unit number two, which is part of the Kandharia Estate on Chincholi Bunder. This area is full of different workshops and businesses, so it’s always got a bit of an industrial feel to it. We’ve been based here for a good number of years. It’s a practical location for us since we deal with engineering and chemical-related projects. The space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the technical drawings we work on. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. Usually, we're just busy with the day-to-day engineering tasks that come across our desks. The estate can get a bit crowded with trucks and deliveries, but that’s just life in this part of Malad. We know most of our neighbors in the building. It’s the kind of place where people actually talk to each other. We focus on getting the specifications right and making sure the engineering holds up. We don't use complicated language to explain what we do; it’s just straightforward technical work. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We’ve stayed in the same spot because it works for us and our clients know where to find us without any trouble. It’s not fancy, but we like it here and we plan to stay for a long time.
