We are located in Santacruz East, tucked away in Shivaji Nagar Lane. The company name is Np Chem Treat Engineering Company, and we work out of a place called Gala Niwas, unit number 2. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in there with all the equipment and the desks we’ve crammed in. Santacruz East is always bustling, and our lane is no different. There are bikes parked everywhere and people constantly moving back and forth. Inside our gala, it’s mostly about engineering and chemical treatments. It’s not a clean job. There’s always some smell of chemicals or the sound of someone working with metal. We don't have a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’re basically standing right in the middle of our workspace. We like it that way because it means we don’t waste any time. We’ve got some old posters on the wall and a calendar that’s usually a month behind. Our team is small, just a few people who have been doing this for years. We know our way around the neighborhood and where to get the best snacks during our break. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the engineering right and make sure the treatments are done properly. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when a big project comes in. But that’s just Np Chem Treat Engineering Company for you. It might be small, but we keep at it every single day.
