Tecnimont Icb Ltd

We are located on the third floor of Jiji House. The building is right on Damodardas Sukhadwala Marg, which is just across from the Sterling Cinema. Most people around here just use the cinema as a landmark to find us. Tecnimont Icb Ltd is the name of the company. It’s an engineering and project management firm. Being on the third floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with people going to the movies or the shops. The office itself is full of desks, blueprints, and people talking about various projects. It’s a professional enough place, but we don't go in for all that corporate jargon. We just have a job to do. The building is an older one, so it has that classic feel to it. We’ve been in this location for a good number of years. It’s a handy spot because of all the transport links nearby. We don't really have a big reception area with fancy flowers. It’s more about the work being done at the desks. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat. The noise from the street can be a bit much during the day, but you get used to the sounds of the city. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just handle the engineering stuff and make sure the projects stay on track. That's really all there is to it.
