Technimont Icb is based over at 410, Happy Home, Plot-201, Sec-4, Rdp-5, Charkop in Kandivli(W). Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but we make it work in our little corner of the city. We have been here for a good while, right in the heart of a busy residential and commercial mix. Most of our team comes in from different parts of the suburbs. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at plans or talking on the phone with suppliers. We aren’t one of those flashy firms with a glass building. We are just in a regular building called Happy Home, which sounds nice, doesn't it? The neighborhood of Charkop is always loud with traffic and people going about their business. We just fit right into that. We do our engineering work and handle the project details as they come. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when deadlines are close, but we usually manage to keep things moving. We eat our lunch together and talk about mundane things like the local train schedules or the weather. It is a straightforward place to work. No one here is trying to be a superstar. We just want to get the job finished so we can go home to our families. It’s just a group of people doing their best in a crowded city. That is all there is to it, really. We just work.
