Team One Architects (I) Pvt Ltd

Our office is over on Plot 7 in the Shivaji Fort Society. If you know the Duncan Causeway area, it’s not too hard to find. We’ve been here at Team One Architects for some time. It's a quiet enough street, though the traffic on the causeway can get loud during rush hour. We spend most of our time hunched over drawings and computers. The space is filled with rolls of paper and half-empty coffee cups. It isn't the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We aren't corporate types in suits. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed put. We just focus on the projects on our desks. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, do the drawings, talk to the contractors, and try to get things right. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing and look alright. It’s a job like any other, really. We just happen to be doing it from this little corner of the society. We usually have lunch together in the small breakroom and talk about our weekends.
