You can find us in the Navsapna Building in Kalina, which is in Santacruz East. We are located near the Doddanna Industrial Estate, and the Kalina University is also very close by. Our office is a simple place where we handle a lot of paperwork and applications. There are always files stacked up on the tables and a few chairs for people who come to visit. The area around Kalina is always full of students and people working in the industrial estate. We have been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. Most of our day is spent checking documents and talking to people about their requirements. It is not a fancy corporate office. We have an old fan that makes a bit of noise and a small window that looks out onto the street. Sometimes it gets very busy with people asking questions and other times we are just waiting for the courier to arrive. We don't use any complicated systems, just our eyes and some basic computers. Dealing with international services means there is a lot of detail to look at. We try to be careful so we don't make mistakes. The building itself is an older one, but it is home to us. We stay here until the sun goes down and the street lights in Kalina come on. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied throughout the week. We just try to get the papers sorted and sent out on time.
