Tata Consultancy Services is basically what we do here, and we usually deal with people through the Kanchansagar2221@Yahoo.Com or the Gmail one if that is easier for you. It is a bit of a strange way to list an address, just two email accounts, but that is how it is set up for us right now. We spend most of our days looking at screens and trying to figure out how to make things work for the folks who get in touch with us. Most people know the name, but for us, it is just the daily work of answering messages and sorting through whatever comes into those two inboxes. It can get pretty busy at times. Sometimes the Yahoo mail acts up, so we switch over to Gmail to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. We have been doing this for a while now. It isn't anything fancy or like those big offices you see on the news. It is mostly just us sitting here, checking the mail, and seeing what needs fixing or who needs help with their stuff today. We do not really have a big fancy storefront or anything since we just use the emails to stay in contact with everyone. If you send something to Kanchansagar2221@Gmail.Com, one of us will eventually see it. We try to stay on top of things as much as we can, though some days are definitely slower than others. It is just a regular job for us, really.
