Tasty Chocolates

We are over in D Wing at Eco Park, room 1108. This is in Andheri East, Phase 4, near the Fatehgunj area of Vadodara. It’s right opposite the Keys Nestor Hotel. Working with chocolate means the whole place usually smells pretty sweet. We spend our days melting, molding, and packing things up. It’s a lot of manual work. The kitchen area takes up most of our space. We have to keep things at the right temperature or everything goes wrong. It’s a bit of a struggle during the hotter months. We aren't some massive factory. It’s just a small team of us. We get our hands dirty every day. There are always bowls to wash and floors to sweep. People think making candy is easy but it takes a lot of standing around. We don't have a big marketing department. We just make the chocolates and hope people like the taste. Sometimes we try out new recipes and they don't work, so we start over. It’s just trial and error. The office part of the wing is small and mostly just for handling the orders that come in. We get a lot of foot traffic because of the hotel across the street. It’s a good location for us. We're just a bunch of people who like making food and seeing people enjoy it.
