Tashikka Premier Expositions

Tashikka Premier Expositions has a couple of different spots in Mumbai. We have an office in the Krishna Building, which is part of the Vasant Sagar Complex in Thakur Village, Kandivali East. That is room E-203. Then we also have a place in Dreams Mall on LBS Marg in Bhandup West, specifically room F-231 on the first floor. Managing two locations means we are often moving back and forth across the city, which anyone in Mumbai knows can take a lot of time. Both offices are pretty functional. In Kandivali, it is a bit more of a residential feel with the complex nearby, while the Bhandup office is right in the middle of a busy mall. We use both spaces to coordinate the different expositions we handle. There is a lot of storage for banners, stands, and paperwork. It can get a bit messy when we are right in the middle of preparing for a big show. We do not really have a central headquarters that looks like a showroom; it is more like a workshop where the real work happens. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with vendors and site managers. It is a lot of juggling schedules and making sure trucks arrive on time. We just keep our heads down and try to stay organized despite the busy nature of the expo business. It is a lot of manual coordination and checking lists over and over to get it right.
