Tarsame Mittal Talent Management

Our office is in Versova, situated at G-5 in the Libra building on G T Road. It’s a fairly busy part of town, and we are right there on the ground floor. Being in talent management at Tarsame Mittal Talent Management means we have a lot of people dropping by. The office isn't very large, so it can feel a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once. We have some bookshelves filled with contracts and old magazines. The desk where I sit has a bit of a wobble to it, but I’ve put a piece of folded paper under the leg to keep it steady. We spend a lot of hours here, often staying well past the time the sun goes down. The street outside is usually full of people heading to the shops or the beach nearby. We hear the honking of cars all day long. It’s just a normal office with a few computers and a printer that jams every other week. We don't go for anything fancy like glass partitions or expensive carpets. It’s just a place where we do our business and try to keep things moving. We know the guy at the local tea stall by name, and he knows exactly how we like our tea. It’s a very local way of working. We enjoy being in Versova because it has its own vibe that you don't find elsewhere.
