We operate out of Shop No 3 on Malviya Road in Vile Parle East, and we also spend time at the Pune Saswad Road location right across from Gomantak Hall. Having two spots to look after keeps us on our toes most of the time. In Vile Parle, it is mostly office work, handling the calls and sorting out the manifests. The Pune side is more about the physical movement of the items. We deal with trucks and drivers daily. It is not the kind of work that looks good on a brochure, just a lot of moving boxes and checking lists. We have been at this for several years now. Logistics is basically just problem-solving all day long. A truck might break down or a delivery window gets missed, and we have to find a way to fix it. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things don't sit around for too long. The office in Vile Parle is a bit small but it works for what we need. We usually have the radio playing while we work through the stacks of papers. It gets pretty busy around the holidays, but the rest of the time we just keep a steady rhythm. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get the crates moved to where they need to be. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
