Sigma Overseas

Sigma Overseas is located right in the Bhiwandiawala Building on Wadia Street. We are in offices one and two on the ground level. Tardeo is always crowded, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with all the taxis and people walking everywhere. Our office has stacks of files and desks squeezed in, which is pretty typical for this part of Mumbai. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It has that old Mumbai feel to it, where everyone knows the neighbors and the tea stall guy outside. We spend most of our time dealing with overseas stuff, mostly paperwork and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The building is old but it works for us. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we are right there working. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street traffic right outside the window, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on getting the daily tasks finished so we can go home. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't really go for big speeches about what we do, we just do the work. It is a simple life in a busy building with a lot of history.
