T S A Promotions & Events Pvt Ltd is based in Goregaon East, specifically in the K/4 area. It’s a decent spot for us because it’s not too far from the main hubs but still has its own local feel. Our office is more of a workspace than a place for showing off. We have posters and equipment tucked into corners and desks that have seen better days. But it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time planning promotions and figuring out the logistics for events. It involves a lot of talking and even more list-making. Goregaon East has changed a lot since we first set up here, with more buildings popping up all the time. We’ve stayed put because we like the rhythm of this neighborhood. We are a small group of people who just enjoy the work. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and get things sorted. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk when we speak to people. We just tell them what we can do and then we go do it. It’s a straightforward way of running a business. We aren't a huge firm, but we are reliable and we know this area like the back of our hands. We have been in Goregaon for quite a few years now and don't plan on leaving.
