Our office is tucked into the Apollo Industrial Premises at number 64 on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving, with trucks coming in and out all day long. We deal with events, which basically means we spend a lot of time counting chairs, checking cables, and making sure we have enough tape to hold everything together. It’s not always pretty work. Sometimes we are up late loading vans or sitting on the floor trying to fix a broken stage piece. Andheri is a crowded place, so we’ve learned how to time our trips to avoid the worst of the traffic, though it does not always work out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just a group of people who know how to set up a room and make sure things stay in place. We take care of the heavy lifting and the small details that people usually forget until the last minute. The floor of our workspace is often covered in bubble wrap and toolboxes. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. We do not make big promises we cannot keep. We just show up at the venue, do the setup, and make sure everything is ready when it needs to be. It is a bit noisy and dusty here, but we like the pace.
