T A Sitabkhan & Company is situated on Abdul Rehman Street, though we also have a presence related to the Saijpur Gopalpur Village area near Pirana Road, specifically at number 92. Abdul Rehman Street is a very old and crowded market area, and we’ve been part of that world for a long time. We deal with various goods, mostly industrial or hardware related, depending on what our customers are looking for that season. The shop on Abdul Rehman Street is where a lot of the trading happens, while the Pirana Road location handles more of the bulk side of things. It’s a bit of a juggle going between the two, but we’ve managed it for years. The atmosphere is always fast-paced. You have to be quick to get things done because the streets are so narrow and everyone is in a rush. Our team is small, mostly family and a few helpers who have been with us forever. We don't really have a website that we update or anything like that; we prefer talking to people face to face or over the phone. It’s a traditional way of doing business, but it works for us. We know our products well and we know where to find whatever someone might need. It’s just how things are done in this part of the city, and we’re happy to be a part of it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the trade.
