You can find us over at Shiv Smruti Chambers on Dr. Annie Besant Road. We are tucked inside the Sarvodaya Industrial Estate, units 308 and 310. It is a bit of an old building but it has character and plenty of space for what we do. We handle a lot of different chemical and pharma supplies. It gets pretty busy around here with trucks coming in and out of the estate all day long. We have been in this location for quite some time now. Our staff is a small group of folks who have worked together for years. We are not trying to be the biggest place in Mumbai, just a reliable one. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it is just quiet paperwork. We try to keep things organized but in an industrial estate, there is always a bit of dust and noise. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to our clients directly. If someone needs a specific chemical or a bulk order of something, we see if we have it or can get it. Most of the time, we are just busy checking inventory and making sure the labels are right. It is practical work. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and try not to overcomplicate things. It is just how we operate here in the estate. We know the other business owners nearby and we all just try to get through the day.
