Our setup is a little different because we are located inside the Viketan Media Solutions office in Lower Parel. Synapse Trade Solutions Pvt Ltd has been working out of this space for a while now. Lower Parel is full of these old industrial buildings that have been turned into offices, and ours is no different. It’s got that busy, working-class feel to it even though there are fancy malls just a few streets away. We focus on trade solutions, which mostly means we spend our time tracking shipments, dealing with paperwork, and making sure goods are moving where they need to go. It’s not very exciting work to talk about, but it’s what we do. The office is often full of papers and people talking about logistics. Being in a shared space with a media company makes for an interesting mix of people in the breakroom. We don't really have a big sign out front or anything. You just come in and find our section. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking codes and customs details all day, but we have a good rhythm. The trains are close by, which is how most of us get here every morning. It’s a tight-knit group and we just try to stay on top of the trade cycles without getting too bogged down by the bureaucracy. It’s just a normal office doing normal trade work in the heart of the city.
