We are based out in the countryside in Rasalpur, which is part of the Niphad taluka in Nashik. The business is set up at Bhagwan Vishnu More’s place. It is a very different vibe from the city because we are surrounded by fields and open space. Most of our work revolves around whatever is being harvested at the time. Since we are in the food business, we spend a lot of time talking to local farmers and seeing what kind of produce is coming in. It is a very hands-on job. One day we might be looking at crops, and the next we are sitting in the small office area trying to sort out the logistics for getting products to the market. Life in Niphad is a bit slower, but the work is still hard. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know the land and the food business well. The weather plays a big part in what we do every day. If it rains too much or if it's too dry, it changes our whole schedule. We keep things pretty simple and don't use a lot of complicated systems. It is mostly about the food and making sure everything is handled properly before it leaves Rasalpur. It’s a practical, rural business that keeps us connected to the ground and the local farmers who live around here.
