You can find us at Unit Number 194 on the first floor of the Raghuleela Mega Mall, which is located right behind the main bus depot. Being in a mall like this means there is always a lot of activity around us, with people coming in to shop or just to walk around and see the sights. Our space is not the largest, but it is enough to display the gems and jewellery we have on hand. We have been here for a while now and have gotten used to the daily flow of the mall, from the quiet mornings when the cleaners are still finishing up to the busy weekends when it gets quite crowded. It is a very practical location because the bus depot makes it easy for people to reach us from all over. We spend a lot of our time polishing the glass cases and making sure everything looks presentable for whoever might stop by. It is just a regular shop where we do our best to help people find what they are looking for without making a big fuss about it. We don't have any fancy corporate offices or complicated management structures. It is just a small team of us working here every day. We enjoy the interactions we have with the customers and the other shop owners nearby. It is a steady way to spend the day, and we are glad to be part of the community in this mall.
