We are located at H.J. Vishwakarma, specifically in room 2C/502 at Ahimsadham 2. It’s right on Link Road in Malad West, so the location is actually quite convenient once you know which building to look for. Mumbai is a big place, but Malad has its own feel, and being on Link Road means there is always something happening outside our window. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We work under the name Asmi Jewellery, and since we are part of the Gitanjali Group, there is always a lot of coordination going on. Our office isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. You’ll see plenty of files and small boxes everywhere. We don't have those big, shiny showrooms you see in movies; this is more of the behind-the-scenes part of the business. We spend our hours looking at designs and dealing with the logistics of moving pieces from one place to another. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work that keeps the whole thing running. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting to the office a bit of a struggle, but we're always here. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation even if the name is long. We just like our work and the people we work with. It's a steady job in a busy city. Most days we are just trying to keep the desk cleared off before the next delivery arrives.
