Working out of 71 M. I. D. C. Cross Road C puts us right in the middle of the action near Seepz Gate No. 2. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. Ciemme Jewels Ltd. isn't about fancy signs or big glass windows. We are more about the day-to-day grind of making jewelry and getting it out the door. The street outside is always packed with people walking to the SEEPZ area, and there’s a certain energy to it that you don't get elsewhere. Inside our building, things are a bit more focused. There’s the sound of tools and people talking over the noise of the street. We’ve had this space for a long time, so things aren't brand new, but they work well for what we need. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a mess, but we still show up and get things done. We don't have a team of people to answer phones in a fancy way; usually, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a straightforward business. We value the time we spend here and the people who work with us. Every piece of jewelry that goes through our hands has been looked at carefully. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We just try to do a good job and keep things moving. There is always someone drinking tea and talking about the traffic while the work continues.
