Sutherland Global Services

We are part of the team at Sutherland Global Services. Since the address isn't listed here, it's hard to describe the specific street view, but our daily life is pretty consistent regardless of where the building is located. We spend most of our time on the phones or handling various service tasks for people all over. It’s a large organization, so there’s always something happening and always a new process to learn every week. We don’t really go for anything too flashy in our work environment. It’s mostly just rows of desks, headsets, and computers. We focus on getting through the queue and helping out whoever is on the other end of the line. Some shifts are long, and the coffee in the breakroom isn't always the best, but we get the job done. It’s a very straightforward way of working for us. We don't have time for long speeches or complicated goal lists. We just show up, log in, and start working on the tasks assigned to us for the day. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure we follow the right steps for each case we handle. People come and go, but the core of what we do stays the same. It’s a busy atmosphere, often a bit noisy with everyone talking at once, but you get used to the hum of the office after working here for a while and getting into the rhythm that the shift requires.
