Sutherland Global Services

We don’t really have a big sign out front since our address is listed as Na, which just means we operate more in the background than on the street level. Most people who work here at Sutherland Global Services spend their time in front of a screen. It isn’t a very exciting place to look at, just a lot of desks and wires and the hum of the air conditioning. We handle a lot of different tasks for companies all over the place, so the work changes from one day to the next. Some of us have been here for years and others are just starting out, so there is always someone new to get to know in the lunchroom. We don’t have fancy chairs or anything, just the standard office stuff that gets the job done. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don’t really do much in the way of big meetings about goals or things like that; we just look at the list of what needs to be finished and we do it. Dealing with the paperwork and the digital files takes up most of our energy during the shift. It’s a steady job and we try to keep things friendly between the desks so the day goes by a little faster. It is just a regular office environment where we try to stay on top of the work coming in without making too much of a fuss.
