Sure Relief Pharma

We’ve been here at Shop No 11 in Happy Home Heights for a while now. It’s right in the Poonam Garden area of Mira Road East. Usually, the morning starts with unlocking the metal shutters and checking the stock we have left. It can get a bit dusty on the shelves sometimes, but we try to keep things as tidy as possible. People from around the neighborhood stop by, mostly regulars who live in the heights or the nearby blocks. We spend a lot of time sorting through cardboard boxes and making sure everything is where it should be on the racks. It’s a small space for Sure Relief Pharma, but we make it work. Sometimes the delivery guys arrive all at once and it gets a bit crowded behind the counter. Mira Road East has changed quite a bit since we first opened, but our spot in E-6 stays pretty much the same. We have a small plastic stool in the corner where one of us sits when it's quiet. The light coming in through the front door is nice in the late afternoons. Most of our day is just spent talking to folks who walk in or answering the phone when it rings. It’s a straightforward job, keeping track of what is on the shelves and helping people find what they need from the back room. We know the layout of Poonam Garden pretty well by now. Just a local shop doing its thing every day.
