We've been operating Sumbiotic Pharma Pvt Ltd out of Siddharth Nagar in Bandra for a while now. It's a crowded area but we like it here. Most of our days are spent just keeping up with orders and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s not a huge setup. We are just a few people trying to make things work in the middle of all the Bandra chaos. Sometimes the traffic makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big offices with glass walls. It is just a practical space where we handle medicines and deal with local suppliers. We started this because we knew the area and saw how much demand there was. People around here know where to find us if they need something. We try to be regular with our timings, though sometimes things run late when the rains hit. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Our office in Siddharth Nagar is pretty simple, just some desks and shelves. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks. Most people who come by are just regulars from the neighborhood or delivery guys who know the shortcuts. It stays busy enough to keep us on our toes all day. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
