Sujata Plastics

If you are looking for us, we are over in Vatsalatai Naik Nagar. The shop is near Mil Chembur and right on Lamington Road, which is always a busy place to be. We are basically opposite the Thakkar Bappa Colony. It’s a very active part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. Inside Sujata Plastics, it’s mostly just rows of stock and some old wooden furniture we’ve had forever. We have plastic items stacked up high, sometimes almost reaching the ceiling. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we keep our inventory and talk to people who come by. The floor is a bit uneven in places, and we’ve had to put a piece of cardboard under one of the table legs to stop it from wobbling. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk past every day. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we get a new shipment in, and we have to shimmy between the crates. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating. The walls are just a plain off-white color and there are calendars from three years ago still hanging up because nobody bothered to take them down. It’s just a practical space for us to run the business. We focus on the daily stuff, making sure the orders are ready and the shop stays open.
