Subhash Mandap

Subhash Mandap is located at Office No 293 on the ground floor. We are in the B section in Dadar West, specifically in Sasane Nagar. If you are standing opposite Shivaji Mandir, you are pretty much there. Dadar is always a bit of a maze, but we have been in this spot long enough that most locals know where we are. We deal with all the stuff you need for setups and events, but the office itself is just a practical place to store things and take notes. There is usually a lot of stuff piled up—poles, fabrics, and boxes. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. It is a working office. We spend a lot of time on the ground floor moving things in and out of the storage areas. The traffic around Shivaji Mandir can be a real headache, especially during festival times, but that is just part of being in Dadar. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just answer the door when people knock. Most of our day is spent coordinating where the equipment needs to go next. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We keep things honest and just do the work that is asked of us. The office is small, but it serves its purpose for our daily operations and keeping everything organized. It’s a busy life in Dadar West, but we are used to the pace.
