Strategic Designs

Strategic Designs is located over at the Pratik Industrial Estate on Beasant Road. We are right next to the Wochart Hospital, which makes it pretty easy to explain to people who haven't visited us before. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise and trucks moving, but we have been here long enough that it feels like home. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, some computers, and a lot of sketches pinned to the walls. It isn't a showroom or anything like that. We spend most of our time just focusing on the work at hand. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to take a break, but usually, we are busy from morning till evening. It is a practical location for us. We aren't into fancy presentations or big meetings. Usually, it's just a phone call or someone dropping by to check on a project. The building is older and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we would like. We like the grit of this area though. It keeps us grounded and focused on the real tasks. Working near a hospital means the roads are always busy, so we usually tell people to leave a bit early if they're coming for a visit. We just keep our heads down and do what we do. No big fluff, just design work in a busy part of town.
