Our office is up on the sixth floor of Raigad Darshan. If you know Andheri West, you probably know the Indian Oil Colony right across from us. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the Ring Road traffic and the Susen Tarsali area always moving. We spend a lot of time here dealing with files and talking to people on the phone. Since it’s talent management, there’s always someone coming in or out, or a phone ringing somewhere in the back. The view from 602 isn't bad, though we mostly spend our time looking at our screens or papers. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then in these older buildings. We've got a small team. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a regular office building where everyone knows each other. Usually, the afternoons are the busiest time for us. We share the floor with some other businesses, so there's always a bit of chatter in the hallway. We just focus on our own list of things to do. Sometimes we stay late when there's a big project, but mostly we head out when the sun goes down. It's a practical place to work from. We don't really go in for anything too polished. It’s just our work life here in Andheri, keeping things moving for the people we represent.
